Ovaltine is Good

it says 150 calories if made with 2% milk.
i make it with boiling water, so it stays the original 60 calories for the dry mix
and it makes a decent ammount and its warm

still taking the diet pills
three hoodia 2x a day
two slimquicks with hoodia 2x a day
BMI sliiming liquid 1 bottle a day
multi vitamins 2x a day

i find myself purging anytime i eat carb foods.
its been really a huge waste of money i don't have to be doing that at school
im trying to escape the lunchroom but my friends are adiment that i go have food with them
so im trying to just slip off into the crowd, its awful.

working out in the gym on fridays now.
trying to put in a two hour workout right in the morning
if i can go for an hour a day the rest of the week it should be good.
i hope.

i need to strip off some of this holiday weight.

Burger King Binge

ungh i suck. hopefully that is all thatnwil be happeniong this week bingewise. last nighty i did 150 crunches to help compensate for my deviance.

im starting to read Skinny Bitch today. atleast i hope to. I have several other books on the go but I think that this particular one will help motivate me to stay the hell away from fast food. honestly.

today im having canned mandarin oranges for lunch, and for dinner mixed veggies (oriental blend) and garlic toast (two slices of toastes w.w. bread with light marg and garlic powder).

i have laundry to do, so i am going to try and run the stairs a couple of times while i take the loads up and down. im on the ninth floor, so it will be decent exercise.

school on tuesday. i am scared. i have to get atleast a B in everythign and I can't miss any classes. im broke as fuck, i havent paid rent in two monthes because i blew my student loan on crap. its my fault real;ly but its like, nerve racking just the same. i guess i will be selling a bunch of shit. :C and the first to go will prolly have to be my michael kors boots.

Little Black Book

there are two things i have wanted for a while. the first being a black leather pocketbook. the other being a black leather ledger/dayplanner book. they sit nicely in my black leather handbag.

i bought a hefty 2009 day planner in which the times of the days are conveintely laid out. simple enough to write in my consumption and calories and reminders to exercise.

(i am so terribly lazy)

the boy poked at my fat yesterday, i laughed but it tore me up inside.
i must work harder.
a friend of mine lost 70lbs in 6 monthes simply by eating 1200 cals and working out to billy banks. im jealous, is that bad? i know i can do it, i just have to get over this laziness.

monday i am going to restart my cocktail of vitamins and weight loss pills. hoodia to prevent hunger, multi vit to keep me healthy, caffiene pills to keep me awake and regular diet pills to "burn fat fast", plus these BMI sachets of juice. it tastes like utter piss but it seems to help flatten my tummy. and exlax for the binges. because i know there will be some.

i figure if i allow room for these binges and mishaps i should be okay. like i know i come home from work and pig out. so instead of eating garbage im gonna pig out on healthy fruits and veg. and i will eat as much as i want, if it's a whole head of lettuce, well so be it.

but goddamnit i WILL achieve my goals this year.
