HOLY FUCK. thats almost what is "reccommended". fuck fuck fuck. i need to start making healthier choices when i go out. he wont know or mind, because he said i was getting "soft" so. no more deep fried shit. SERIOUSLY. what am i DOING. that undoes so much, i must must must get rid of all those extra cals.
